The short version

Webpo is a curated gallery of websites. By using the site, subscribing to our email list, or submitting a website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally — meaningful changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

About Webpo

Webpo (the "service", "we", "us", "our") is operated as a personal project of Manik Sharma. We hand-curate a list of websites we find worth bookmarking, write occasional posts about them, and let visitors submit sites for consideration.

Eligibility

You may use Webpo if you are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Submissions

When you submit a website through the Submit form, you confirm that:

• The website is publicly accessible and intended for general viewing.
• You either own the site or have permission to share it for curation.
• The information you provide (your name, email, the link, owner details) is accurate.

Submitting a site does not guarantee it will be added to the gallery. We review every submission and choose what fits. If we add it, we may display its name, a screenshot, the URL, the category, and the owner credit you provided. If we don't, the submission stays in our records but is not published.

Gallery content and credits

Every site in the gallery links to its original, publicly available URL. Screenshots and metadata are used to describe the site under reasonable editorial use. If you are the owner of a site featured here and want it removed, or want the credit updated, email us and we'll act on it.

Email subscription

If you subscribe to our email list, we will send you helpful design resources and occasional updates about the gallery. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell, share, or rent your email — see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Acceptable use

When using Webpo, you agree not to:

• Submit websites that contain illegal, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the submit form for spam, advertising unrelated to the site, or automated submissions.
• Attempt to interfere with the service — scraping aggressively, breaking access controls, or reverse-engineering the admin area.
• Use Webpo to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.

We reserve the right to remove any submission and block any user who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The Webpo name, logo, design, written posts, and the gallery's editorial selection are © Webpo. You may not republish substantial portions of the gallery, our blog content, or the design without written permission.

The websites featured in the gallery remain the property of their respective owners. Webpo claims no ownership of any third-party site listed here — we link, describe, and credit.

Third-party links

Every entry in the gallery is a link to a third-party site. Once you click through, you leave Webpo and are subject to that site's terms and privacy practices. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee anything about the destination beyond curating it as worth a look on the day it was added.

Disclaimers

Webpo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the gallery will be free of errors, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific website featured here will continue to work, exist, or remain at the same URL.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite this, we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — which, for a free service, is zero.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also stop offering the service entirely if running it ever stops making sense. We'll try to give reasonable notice through the email list if anything significant is changing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers. Continued use of Webpo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
